The sitemap serves as the blueprint for the SOLIS interface, outlining the structure and organization of it's contents. The sitemap visually represents how various features and information are connected, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Each section of the interface is strategically placed for ease of use, and the relationships between features are designed to provide seamless navigation throughout the app.
Home Screen: The central hub for accessing key information and features, including daily weather updates, sunrise and sunset times, alerts, and quick navigation to the journal, sun path, and viewpoint sections.
Weather: Detailed weather information including forecasts, conditions, and key metrics like UV index, air quality, and more.
SOLIS: Displays precise sunrise and sunset times, including start, end, and prime viewing periods. Users can set alarms or reminders to ensure they never miss optimal sky-viewing moments.
Sun Path: Visualizes the sun’s direction and movement throughout the day, with interactive cues to highlight the best times for observing sunrises and sunsets.
Viewpoints and Trails: Helps users discover local scenic viewpoints and trails. Integrated directions guide users to each location, making outdoor exploration seamless.
SOLIS Journal: A social hub where users can post photos, share experiences, and interact with friends and family. Encourages community engagement and sharing of outdoor moments.
Settings: Allows users to personalize their app experience, including location preferences, notification settings, and account management options.
